F-esto 1254043, the parallel gripper of DHPS-16-A model, is a compact and powerful automation component. It has the following characteristics: the specification is 16, the stroke of each claw is 5 mm, and the maximum replacement accuracy is 0.2 mm. This gripper has two claws, the working mode is double-function, and the claw function is parallel. Structural features include handles, sliding bearing guide rails and position detection through proximity switches. At a pressure of 6 bar, the total grip when opened is 210 N and 190 N when closed. The working pressure range is 0.2 MPa to 0.8 MPa, that is, 2 to 8 bar or 29 to 116 psi. In addition, its maximum operating frequency is 3 Hz, the minimum opening time at 6 bar is 33 ms, and the shutdown time is 41 ms. The ambient temperature range is 5°C to 60°C. With its high accuracy and reliability, this grip is suitable for a variety of industrial automation applications.
