1. Product Introduction

FAM-2500 regenerative gas magnesium alloy quantitative furnace is a new energy-saving smelting equipment independently developed for magnesium alloy die-casting industry, equipped with patented regenerative combustion technology. Different from traditional straight-fired melting furnace, this model adopts double-chamber parallel layout structure, configured with automatic lifting feeding devices on left and right ends to realize uninterrupted automatic magnesium ingot feeding, effectively reducing manual operation cost and improving feeding efficiency for continuous production line. The furnace body is made of high-temperature resistant integral refractory lining and thickened carbon steel shell, with outstanding thermal insulation performance to avoid invalid heat loss.

Precise quantitative liquid outlet design: Adopts double pump quantitative liquid delivery structure, the outflow volume of magnesium liquid can be fine-tuned according to die-casting mold demand, stable liquid supply effectively reduces casting defects such as cold shut and shrinkage cavity of magnesium alloy workpieces, greatly improving finished product yield.
